Start

It starts with a conversation, not a form.

You don’t need a brief, a shortlist, or a number in your head yet. One email is enough to begin.

What to send

What the company is, and what’s been on your mind. That’s genuinely it. If you’ve got a site, send the link. If there’s a document that explains the problem better than you can in an email, send that instead.

If it’s still a thought rather than a company, describe the thought. Nobody here needs it polished first.

What comes back

A reply from a person, with what we’d do first, in plain words. If we’re not the right people for it, we’ll say that instead — it costs us nothing and it saves you a meeting.

If it looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation. For a company that already runs, that conversation is usually where a Founder’s Audit gets decided. For a thought, it’s the same research under a different name.

What we won’t do

Put you into a sequence. There’s no drip, no nurture track, and no second email if you don’t reply to the first one.

Most conversations start here; the work doesn’t stop at the border.

Or write it here

Same inbox, fewer steps.

Whatever reaches us reaches a person. There’s no routing, no ticket, and no sequence afterwards.

This is about…

We reply from a person, usually within a couple of days. No sequence, no second email if you don’t answer the first. Drafts save in your browser as you type.

Bring us the thought.

A company you’re already running that’s stopped fitting, or a business that doesn’t exist yet — either is enough.
