The business question
Safety administration spans documents, signatures, attendance and certificates. When these live in separate folders, checking project readiness takes repeated coordination.
What we built
The build brings KMA documents into a digital workflow with a worker passport, versioned signatures, QR attendance and certificate-expiry alerts. It produces one signed project PDF.
Why the handovers matter
A signature belongs to a particular version of a document. Attendance and certificate status need to be connected to the right project and worker. The workflow has to make those relationships visible to the responsible people.
What still needs validation
The next step is an on-site pilot. Administration time, adoption and behaviour in real project conditions still need measurement. This case is not a certification of legal or safety compliance.
