RCVRY: connecting the website, payments and community
A custom community platform for RCVRY that connects member content, communication and Stripe membership activation.
The business question
A community becomes difficult to run when its website, subscriptions, payment links and member administration are disconnected. RCVRY needed those steps to work together.
One platform for the member experience
We built the website and community platform with passwordless login, posts, news and recordings. The administration includes newsletters, a calendar and reminders, so communication belongs to the same member journey.
Connect payment to access
Stripe payments activate membership automatically. This connects the commercial step to the service a member receives and removes a separate manual activation step from that flow.
Delivery and the next measurement
The platform was handed over on 18 September 2026. The next step is to measure member growth and adoption. The founder’s membership target is a goal, not a result reported here.
